Please Note: While we originally shared that we were aiming for a Spring/Summer reopening, we’ve experienced a few delays with construction. We’re now anticipating reopening in late Summer 2026.

Please Note: We do still have our rooms open for a limited time while refurbishments are taking place elsewhere on site.
We are able to offer overnight stays, including access two-hour private access to our facilities such as the hot tub and swimming pool. However, please be aware that breakfast and spa treatments are not available at this time.
Woodland Apartment
Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the apartment includes a private entrance . Inside, you’ll find a stylish living room, a serene separate bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk‑in shower and premium amenities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and high‑quality kitchenware — perfect for preparing intimate meals together. Step out onto your private terrace to enjoy peaceful garden views or unwind indoors with the flat‑screen TV and streaming services. A washing machine is also provided for added convenience.
To elevate your stay even further, guests of this apartment enjoy an exclusive two‑hour private access to the spa facilities, hot tub and swimming pool from 20:00 - 22:00, creating the perfect opportunity to relax under the evening sky in complete tranquillity.
Ocean Room
The Ocean Room offers a beautifully serene setting, styled with gentle coastal colours and soft textures that create an immediate sense of relaxation. This bright, inviting space is perfect for guests who love a clean, airy atmosphere with a touch of boutique luxury.
The room features a comfortable, thoughtfully arranged sleeping area with high‑quality bedding, calming décor, and refined finishing touches that elevate your stay. Guests often comment on the peaceful ambience and the way the room feels like a private hideaway designed just for unwinding.
To make your stay even more relaxing, the Ocean Room includes exclusive private access to our spa facilities, allowing you to slow down and enjoy the moment at your own pace. Your dedicated time in the hot tub and swimming pool is: 16:00 – 18:00.
This two‑hour slot offers you complete privacy — no shared use, no interruptions, just pure tranquillity.
You’ll also enjoy complimentary Wi‑Fi, use of an Alexa speaker for music or ambience, and close access to all on‑site amenities. The Ocean Room is perfect for those seeking comfort, quiet, and a beautifully relaxing environment for a romantic or restorative break.
Garden Room
The Garden Room is a beautifully styled, tranquil retreat designed for guests who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our countryside setting. Soft tones, warm lighting, and elegant décor create a cosy, romantic space perfect for a night away.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, well‑appointed bedroom with plush bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. Guests particularly love the calming ambience and the room’s close connection to the gardens, offering a peaceful outlook and fresh country air right outside your door.
To make your stay even more special, the Garden Room includes exclusive private use of our spa facilities, giving you uninterrupted access to the hot tub and swimming pool. Your dedicated slot is: 18:00 – 20:00.
During this time, the entire facility is reserved just for you, providing a serene, personal spa experience.

Want to treat someone to visit Black Barn after our refit is complete?
Vouchers can be used for our new experiences once the refurbishment is complete but the price of experiences may not be confirmed until Spring/Summer 2026.
Voucher terms will still apply therefore valid for one year.
