Getting to Black Barn Filby
Parking: We are limited with parking spaces therefore we do encourage everyone to limit the number of cars used when visiting.

Arriving for a Spa Experience: When arriving for a spa experience make your way through the main the gate (black slatted fence) at the top of the car park where we'll meet you at the changing pod which is the first pod on the right.

Arriving for a Standalone Treatment: When arriving for a standalone treatment make your way through the main the gate (black slatted fence) at the top of the car park then head across the garden to the treatment room situated in the far right corner.

Arriving for a Stay: We operate a self check-in therefore please refer to your email which will be automatically sent 24hrs ahead of your stay.
​
Reception: We don't have a dedicated reception team but our admin team can be found at the bottom of the car park through the slatted gate but please note it is not always occupied.
